About the role

The Social Content Manager will own the creation and management of content across X and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with the company's voice and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Create and publish daily content on X and LinkedIn, including original posts, threads, replies, and derivative drops.
  • Track and measure the performance of each post against predefined hypotheses.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent editorial voice and perspective.
  • Analyze performance data weekly and adjust the editorial calendar accordingly.

Requirements

  • Highly active on social media platforms, able to identify trending content and relevant accounts.
  • Experience building and managing a social media presence for a brand or personal account.
  • Ability to craft compelling content and maintain a distinct editorial voice.
  • Proficiency with AI-assisted drafting tools and the ability to apply judgment in content creation.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role at an engineering-first company.
  • A background in writing or content creation for a tech audience.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS social media best practices and the ability to differentiate from generic AI content.

Skills

  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Experience with social media analytics and performance tracking.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and their integration into content creation processes.
