About the role
The Social Content Manager will own the creation and management of content across X and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with the company's voice and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Create and publish daily content on X and LinkedIn, including original posts, threads, replies, and derivative drops.
- Track and measure the performance of each post against predefined hypotheses.
- Develop and maintain a consistent editorial voice and perspective.
- Analyze performance data weekly and adjust the editorial calendar accordingly.
Requirements
- Highly active on social media platforms, able to identify trending content and relevant accounts.
- Experience building and managing a social media presence for a brand or personal account.
- Ability to craft compelling content and maintain a distinct editorial voice.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted drafting tools and the ability to apply judgment in content creation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role at an engineering-first company.
- A background in writing or content creation for a tech audience.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS social media best practices and the ability to differentiate from generic AI content.
Skills
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Experience with social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Knowledge of AI tools and their integration into content creation processes.
