About the role
Provides support to individuals with disabilities in their homes and communities.
Responsibilities
- Supports individuals with disabilities in daily living activities.
- Ensures safety and security of individuals in their care.
- Collaborates with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care plans.
- Maintains accurate records and reports on individual progress and needs.
Requirements
- Valid Garda Vetting Certificate.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of disability-specific support services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of relevant training in disability support services.
