Soccer Stars United - Development Coach

About the role

Soccer Stars United is seeking experienced soccer coaches for its advanced Development Program. The program serves players aged 4 and up, welcoming over 1,500 participants annually. Coaches will work with groups in the U5-U10 age categories across Miami in community-based soccer classes.

Requirements

• Part-time positions best suited to those with living accommodations in Miami
• Only available to US citizens and permanent residents
• US Youth Soccer National Youth Coaching License or USSF ‘D' License (or foreign governing body equivalent) required
• 3-5 years of youth coaching experience (ages 5-10)
• Professional coaching qualification from US Soccer/NSCAA or equivalent
• Experience implementing the Stars Premier Curriculum according to long-term player development philosophy
• Extremely professional behavior and strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Over the age of 21

Schedule

At a minimum, offer availability according to the following schedule:

• Wednesday: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• Thursday: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• Friday: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
