Responsibilities
Lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for children ages 18-months – 8 yrs.
Use our structured curriculum to create a positive and age-appropriate experience
Set up and break down fields, goals, and equipment
Teach basic soccer skills through games, movement, and play
Support introductory basketball sessions as our multi-sport programming grows
Help lead movement-based enrichment and character development activities
Model positive behavior, teamwork, confidence, respect, and responsibility
Create a safe, welcoming, and high-energy environment for every child
Communicate professionally with families, schools, and program partners as needed
Requirements
No coaching experience is required. We provide paid training, curriculum support, and ongoing coaching development.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about working with children
- Energetic, reliable, and positive
- Comfortable leading groups and speaking confidently
- Patient, adaptable, and safety-focused
- Excited to coach soccer and grow into multi-sport programming
- Able to stand, jog, demonstrate basic skills, and stay active during sessions
- Able to follow a curriculum while bringing personality and energy
- Able to travel reliably to program locations
- Able to obtain required state clearances, which we reimburse
Skills
Experience in soccer, basketball, coaching, childcare, education, camps, recreation, customer service, leadership, or youth development is helpful, but not required.

Compensation: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
