About Us

The North Carolina Courage, a member of the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL), is seeking a Soccer Operations Intern to join our team. We hire people who help us work smarter, sharper, and more Courageous.

Responsibilities

• Secure appropriate training sites, coordinate equipment needs, and facilitate the execution of effective training sessions.
• Gain insights into the daily operations of the first team, enhancing your understanding of professional sports management.
• Collaborate with the Equipment Manager to assist in training set-ups, ensuring all necessary equipment is prepared for practices and events.
• Handle travel logistics, player registration, and training session preparations.
• Ensure match-day success during playoffs by managing roster submissions, timeline execution, and post-match logistics.
