About the role

Challenger Sports Soccer Camps is seeking reliable, energetic and enthusiastic Coaches to work with youth soccer players in Phoenix, AZ. Job type: Temporary.

Responsibilities

• Coach soccer for youth players in Phoenix, AZ each week.
• Work an average of 15‑30 hours per week (3‑hour morning session plus a second 3‑hour session in the afternoon or evening).
• Attend an initial training event.
• Demonstrate strong performance for potential ongoing positions.

Requirements

• Be aware of current FIRST AID procedures.
• Have experience working with children aged 3‑5 years.
• Be personable with a highly energetic and enthusiastic persona when engaging with children and colleagues.
• Possess valid working authorization in the US.
• Ideally hold a driver’s license.
