Soap Packing Associate

About the role

This position works in a typical warehouse environment. Pleasant and safe working atmosphere and conditions, which at times may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as high temperatures, dust, fumes, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises. Generally the space you're working in is clean.

You will be handling products with fragrance so if you are very sensitive to smells (cologne giving you headaches) it may not be the best environment for you.

Responsibilities

• Package cured soaps for freight shipment
• Regularly lift and stack boxes on pallets, lifting up to 50 lbs 10-15 times per day
• Maintain daily production targets while ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including proper handling of equipment, wearing PPE, and compliance with safety regulations and GMP

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing, preferably in a warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions
• Basic math skills
• Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs
• Ability to clean and maintain facility upkeep

Qualifications
