Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and they are treated professionally.
• Engage with clients to build relationships and understand their needs.
• Make product recommendations to clients.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task by producing products while assisting clients as they enter and leave.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of the Makery, including production and retail areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat, fast-paced environment while upholding company policies and procedures.
• Basic computer skills.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers.
• Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, twist, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Ability to perform cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
