Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and they are treated professionally.
• Engage with clients to build relationships, understand their needs, and make product recommendations.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements while multitasking between product production and customer interactions.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the Makery, including production and retail areas (dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.).
• Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat, fast-paced environment while upholding company policies and procedures.
• Use basic computer skills to support daily operations.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers for soap-making tasks.
• Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Mobility to walk, reach, climb, balance, twist, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed.
