Responsibilities

• Basic computer skills and knowledge
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally
• Engage with all clients, build good relationships, and understand and meet their needs
• Make product recommendations
• Maintain minimum sales requirements
• Multi-task, including juggling product production as clients enter and leave, and engaging new clients upon arrival
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of the Makery, including production and retail areas
• Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat, fast-paced, and fun environment while upholding all company policies and procedures

Schedule

Candidate should expect to work five days per week, approximately 30 to 45 hours depending on hourly or salary status.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances
• Dexterity of hands and fingers
• Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes up to 50 lbs
• Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, twist, stoop, kneel, or crouch
• Ability to perform makery cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
• Ability to work independently and alone during shifts as business needs require
