About the role
The ideal candidate should have proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs within Financial Services, strong executive presence, and a track record of successfully managing complex cross-functional initiatives. 12+ years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program delivery, integrated planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and RAID governance across multiple program workstreams.
- Effectively engage with senior business and technology stakeholders, drive decision-making, provide executive-level communications, and manage escalations.
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, resource capacity, vendor/SOW governance, and overall cost control.
- Lead PI Planning, release planning, delivery tracking, executive reporting, steering committee governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and independent decision-making while managing vendor performance, commitments, and delivery outcomes.
