Snowsports Customer Assistant

The Snowsports Customer Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests by being well- informed and accommodatingly respectful. Our staff must be HoliMont – core- values -oriented, enthusiastic, and cordial. Successful team members will assist members and guests with information, sales, and service. The assistant will work closely with the administrative team in selling and scheduling lessons. Basic office tasks and additional duties will be assigned as needed. Greet and assist members and guests at the Snowsports OfficeManage and process lesson requests in person and over the phoneUse resort software to schedule and sell lessonsConduct ticket sales, handle currency, and run a cash registerData Entry and Administration supportAssist Snowsports Program Supervisors with additional tasks when necessaryAccommodate questions and requests from Instructors and Coaches Committed to becoming a skilled team member vested in HoliMont core Values Committed to improving, learning, and evolving.
