Job Description:

  • Function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients' business needs.
  • Categorize, catalog, cleanse and normalize of datasets.
  • Provide users access to datasets using Python APIs.
  • Extraction, transformation, and loading of data from/to a wide variety of data sources using Python, SQL and Snowflake technologies.
  • Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture.
  • Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing process for greater scalability, etc.
  • Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
  • Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.
  • Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management.
  • A successful history of manipulating, processing and extracting value from large disconnected datasets.
  • SQL Development: Develop, implement and optimize stored procedures and functions using T-SQL.
  • Proficiency in SQL Programming.
  • Data Modeling and Database Administration.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging SQL Code.
  • Collaborate with Development Teams.
  • Strong Knowledge of Database Management Systems (DBMS).
  • Data Analysis and Reporting.
  • Develop procedures and scripts for data migration.
  • Snowflake Development: Design and develop data models and data warehouses in Snowflake.
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes to move data from source systems to Snowflake.
  • Create and maintain views, stored procedures, and other database objects.
  • Maintain query performance monitoring and optimization.
  • Debug and troubleshoot data issues.
  • Design and implement data security and access control.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and data integration processes.
  • Develop and maintain data quality and data governance processes.
  • Develop and maintain data warehouse automation processes.
  • Develop and maintain data warehouse reporting and analytics solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Python Development.
  • Experience with SQL Development.
  • Experience with Snowflake Development.
