Job Description:
- Function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients' business needs.
- Categorize, catalog, cleanse and normalize of datasets.
- Provide users access to datasets using Python APIs.
- Extraction, transformation, and loading of data from/to a wide variety of data sources using Python, SQL and Snowflake technologies.
- Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture.
- Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing process for greater scalability, etc.
- Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
- Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.
- Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management.
- A successful history of manipulating, processing and extracting value from large disconnected datasets.
- SQL Development: Develop, implement and optimize stored procedures and functions using T-SQL.
- Proficiency in SQL Programming.
- Data Modeling and Database Administration.
- Troubleshooting and Debugging SQL Code.
- Collaborate with Development Teams.
- Strong Knowledge of Database Management Systems (DBMS).
- Data Analysis and Reporting.
- Develop procedures and scripts for data migration.
- Snowflake Development: Design and develop data models and data warehouses in Snowflake.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes to move data from source systems to Snowflake.
- Create and maintain views, stored procedures, and other database objects.
- Maintain query performance monitoring and optimization.
- Debug and troubleshoot data issues.
- Design and implement data security and access control.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and data integration processes.
- Develop and maintain data quality and data governance processes.
- Develop and maintain data warehouse automation processes.
- Develop and maintain data warehouse reporting and analytics solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Python Development.
- Experience with SQL Development.
- Experience with Snowflake Development.
