Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake implementation and architecture
- 4+ years of experience with AWS cloud services
- 4+ years of experience with Python
- 4+ years of ETL development and data integration experience
- Expert-level knowledge of SQL and dimensional data modeling
- Experience designing enterprise data foundations and data ingestion pipeline architecture
- Experience with Agile delivery management, including sprint planning, milestone tracking, and risk management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a direct client-facing environment
Key Responsibilities
- Define and enforce enterprise data architecture, ETL standards, and development best practices
- Lead architecture and solution design workshops with client SMEs and business stakeholders
- Design scalable enterprise data platforms using Snowflake, AWS, and Python
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for ETL development, data modeling, and Snowflake implementation
- Review and approve technical designs and code prior to deployment across environments
- Architect enterprise data ingestion frameworks and reusable data integration patterns
- Own delivery planning, including scope definition, sprint planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and risk mitigation
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams consisting of data engineers, analysts, and QA resources
- Serve as the primary technical advisor to client leadership, driving architecture discussions, status updates, and solution roadmaps
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and receive client approval before production deployment
- Identify automation opportunities and build reusable frameworks to improve delivery efficiency
