We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to extract content. Let's parse the posting. First paragraph: "At EY, we’re all in to shape your future with confidence. We’ll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go. Join EY and help to build a better working world." This is generic intro; could be "About the role" or "About EY". Probably "About the role" section. Then: "The opportunity EY has curated a dynamic ecosystem..." This describes role context. Could be part of About the role. Then: "As EY continues to grow our Alliances, we need a Alliance Relationship Partner Program who can work with Snowflake to manage the Snowflake partner programs – including relationship collaboration and governance, alliance partner program oversight, contracts and compliance management and performance intelligence. This is a great opportunity to work with people across the global as well as across multiple EY service lines and sectors." This is more about role. Then: "Your Key Responsibilities Your role will sit within the Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship team that provides alliance management oversight for the top EY alliances. Specifically, the Snowflake Partner Program will work as part of the Global Snowflake Alliance teams working directly with Alliance Global Alliance Leadership, counterparts within the alliance partner’s organization and EY’s delivery practices to coordinate and deliver upon of the objectives of the alliance partner programs. Your primary responsibilities will include: Develop and execute Snowflake alliance partner program strategyGain access to alliance Snowflake level programs and deploy alliance partner programs globally along with driving local activation and complianceDeliver alliance intelligence with complete and accurate financial reporting, and metrics as needed for individual alliance partner impact/influenceActivate new countries and super regions globally ensuring proper approvals and governance is in place for new programs, e.g. supporting business plans, executive relationships, operating cadence and enabling alliance contractsDrive Compliance with internal policies and requirementsContributes to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network by contributing content, knowledge sharing, and market insights This role is based in the US or UK. You can anticipate a mix of virtual work along with regular coordination with other team members across the Globe. The role will require some travel." We need to extract responsibilities list: bullet points after "Your primary responsibilities will include:" then a list of items concatenated without punctuation. Let's split: - Develop and execute Snowflake alliance partner program strategy - Gain access to alliance Snowflake level programs and deploy alliance partner programs globally along with driving local activation and compliance - Deliver alliance intelligence with complete and accurate financial reporting, and metrics as needed for individual alliance partner impact/influence - Activate new countries and super regions globally ensuring proper approvals and governance is in place for new programs, e.g. supporting business plans, executive relationships, operating cadence and enabling alliance contracts - Drive Compliance with internal policies and requirements - Contributes to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network by contributing content, knowledge sharing, and market insights Also note location: US or UK, mix of virtual work, regular coordination across globe, some travel. Then "Skills And Attributes For Success To qualify for the role you must have: Able to juggle many activities and provide enablement services in the areas of: relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management, operational support, strong relationship building skills and is highly organizedUnderstanding of Snowflake technology and business benefits of relevant alliance partner products and solutionsExperience in alliance management or business development for technology or professional services companyExperience and evidence of success in building and nurturing win-win alliance relationshipsStrong networking and influence management skills resulting in driving actions to outcomes and delivering results actions across organizational boundariesHighly credible communicator with excellent organization and project management skills and proven track record delivering alliance sales and revenues What we look for: A self-starter who is able to work independently while also communicating progress and challenges with others on the teamComfortable escalating complex issues with recommendations to leadershipStrong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in support of multiple projects at a timeComfortable working with others within EY with unique personalities, cultures and working styles and can adapt your approach to best interact." We need to extract skills/requirements. Could be "Requirements" or "Skills". We'll have sections: Responsibilities, Requirements (or Skills). The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can decide which to include. We have content for About the role (intro). Responsibilities (list). Skills/Attributes (list). Pay (salary ranges). Benefits (medical, dental, pension, 401k, paid time off, flexible vacation policy). Schedule? Not explicit; maybe mention mix of virtual work, regular coordination, some travel. That could be Schedule? But schedule usually about hours, shift, remote etc. Could include "Work Arrangement" but not in allowed headings. Could put under Responsibilities? Might be better to include a "Schedule" section if we have info: "You can anticipate a mix of virtual work along with regular coordination with other team members across the Globe. The role will require some travel." That's about work arrangement/travel. Could be placed under "Schedule" heading. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. This is specific enough. So we can include Schedule. Benefits: we have medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, wide range of paid time off options, flexible vacation policy, designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, other leaves. So we can include Benefits. Pay: we have salary ranges for various locations. So include Pay. Now we need to output HTML fragment with

headings and
  • for lists,

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we need to cut out the EEO statement at end, the "Are you ready to shape your future with confidence? Apply today..." etc. Also remove "Learn more at ey.com/us/careers." maybe considered boilerplate? It's a link but maybe part of benefits? It's generic. Probably remove. Also remove "At EY, we harness our collective strength..." maybe part of benefits? It's generic fluff. Might be considered boilerplate. But we need to preserve substantive information. The sentence "At EY, we harness our collective strength to empower you to shape your future with confidence through professional growth, personal fulfillment and an inclusive culture." is fluff; could be considered boilerplate. Might drop. Also remove "We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business." That's somewhat generic but leads to specifics. Might keep as intro to Benefits? Could be considered filler. Safer to keep only substantive specifics: salary ranges, medical/dental, pension/401k, paid time off, flexible vacation policy, holidays, breaks, personal/family care, other leaves. Now structure:

Note: location and travel maybe schedule. Now Skills/Attributes (maybe Requirements). We'll use

    Requirements

We need to extract list items: - Able to juggle many activities and provide enablement services in the areas of: relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management, operational support, strong relationship building skills and is highly organized - Understanding of Snowflake technology and business benefits of relevant alliance partner products and solutions - Experience in alliance management or business development for technology or professional services company - Experience and evidence of success in building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships - Strong networking and influence management skills resulting in driving actions to outcomes and delivering results across organizational boundaries - Highly credible communicator with excellent organization and project management skills and proven track record delivering alliance sales and revenues - Self-starter who is able to work independently while also communicating progress and challenges with others on the team - Comfortable escalating complex issues with recommendations to leadership - Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in support of multiple projects at a time - Comfortable working with others within EY with unique personalities, cultures and working styles and can adapt your approach to best interact.
