About the role
As the organization's Snowflake environment continues to expand, they are seeking a hands-on Snowflake Account Administrator to oversee day-to-day platform administration across multiple production and non-production environments. Responsibilities
- Own and secure the Snowflake platform powering enterprise-scale analytics and commerce data
- Administer Snowflake in a production environment, managing users, roles, RBAC, privileges, warehouses, resource monitors, and account-level configuration
- Support Snowflake across Development, QA, UAT, Production, and Disaster Recovery environments
- Integrate Snowflake with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, and MFA
- Troubleshoot SQL and support large-scale Snowflake environments
- Collaborate across Infrastructure, Security, IAM, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Application teams
- Maintain excellent documentation, organization, and communication
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Hands-on experience administering Snowflake in a production environment
- Strong understanding of Snowflake security, access management, auditing, and governance
- Experience integrating Snowflake with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, and MFA
- Strong SQL troubleshooting skills
- Excellent documentation, organizational, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Pay
$110,000 - $140,000 per year
