Snowboard Sales Specialist - Woburn MA

About the role

We are looking for snowboard enthusiasts to join the team as a seasonal snowboard sales specialist this winter. Full-time seasonal positions are available.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Previous experience with riding snowboards and some equipment knowledge needed

Responsibilities

• Taking the time to learn about the products we sell in the store, including paid clinics, online resources, and help from management staff
• Ensuring every customer you work with leaves happy with the correct equipment for their riding abilities
• Keeping a clean, orderly, and efficient workspace

This is a physical position that includes lifting, standing for extended periods of time, and bending over.
