Snow Techs / Snow Shovelers (Pontiac North & South locations)

Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks related to snow removal.
• Operate ATV plows, snow blowers, snow shovels, and e‑pokes (salt spreaders).
• Work with Sidewalk‑Crew Leaders as a team to efficiently and safely complete each assignment.

Requirements

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Work well under pressure while observing safety guidelines with minimal supervision.
• Have a smartphone to download and use the attendance tracker app.
• Have dependable transportation.
• Attend and pass training and a background check.
• Be able to lawfully work in the USA.

Skills

• Experience operating snow removal equipment (ATV plows, snow blowers, snow shovels, e‑pokes).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow guidelines.
• Reliability and punctuality for on‑call shifts.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $18–$23 per hour. Your pay rate will be determined based on previous applicable work experience and any certifications/licenses you hold.

Schedule

Shifts are on‑call and range from 6 to 12 hours, often overnight depending on the storm event. Longer hours may be required for larger storms. The season starts on the first snow fall.
