Position Summary Do you have a passion for the outdoors and are seeking winter employment with great pay? This position is part-time seasonal help which can lead to full-time employment in the spring. We are hiring for the following positions: Plow Truck OperatorSkid Loader OperatorFront-end Loader OperatorSpecialty Sidewalk Equipment Operator Salary: $30-50 depending on education and experience. This rate is for Snow operations ONLY. Essential Duties And Major Responsibilities Operate various snow removal equipment including but not limited to snow blowers, snow shovels, and snowplows in a safe and responsible manner in all types of weather and conditionsRemove snow and ice from designated areas in a safe and efficient manner as well as preventing hazardous conditions by dispersing salt and/or other products to prevent slips or falls in these designated areasMeet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by immediate supervisorWork long hours in extreme conditionsAssist with other duties as assigned Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: 1 year of snow removal experience preferred Specialized Skills Ability to routinely lift 50 lbs. or moreAbility to work in various temperature and weather extremesAble and willing to pass a pre-employment drug screeningSnow removal experienceValid driver’s license with a clean DMVR Hours: Hours vary and are dependent on business needs.
