Snow Crew Member

About the role

Provide professional snow removal services for clients, performing ongoing tasks during all hours in all outdoor weather conditions while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Snow removal for designated areas
• Safely and appropriately distribute de-icing solutions
• Perform highly physical and demanding work consistently in all weather conditions, especially very cold, icy, and snowy environments
• Knowledge of proper use of equipment: shovel, snow scrapers, snow blowers, salt spreaders
• Proper application method of chemical de-icers
• Part-time/on-call availability for weather events 24/7
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Required to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift, grasp, carry, push, and pull during a regular workday shift
• Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds plus
• Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions (hot, cold, freezing, rain, snow, wet) and have proper attire
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
• Must have reliable transportation to the Branch or first job site
• Safe driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) is a plus
