About the role
Full-time opportunity responsible for providing quality customer service by stocking and servicing vending machines in an assigned area.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory goals and maintain product freshness at accounts.
- Stock product in all assigned full-service vending machines according to manifest; no accounts may be missed without prior approval from the vending service manager.
- Perform minor service repairs on all full-service vending machines assigned to the route.
- Monitor sales by vendor using daily route-book logs and recommend adjustments to service frequency based on account needs.
- Ensure all full-service vending machines comply with company standards.
- Monitor weekly product load-out and recommend reductions to undelivered cases, targeting 10% or less.
- Conduct weekly inventory of vendor parts assigned to the vehicle and maintain proper stock levels.
- Maintain the overall appearance of each vending machine on the route, ensuring no hand-written product ID tags are present.
- Report any machine cash shortages to the vending service manager.
- Perform inside maintenance at the vending shop as directed by the vending service manager.
- Ensure on-the-job safety and care of all equipment, including the delivery vehicle.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and push/pull up to 70 lbs.
