What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and supervising a team of cashiers with confidence and positivity
- Managing large sums of money and reconciling cash drawers accurately
- Investigating and resolving cash discrepancies
- Handling customer concerns (even the “hangry” ones) with professionalism and calm
- Operating and troubleshooting POS systems like a pro
- Setting the tone for excellent customer service every shift
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing or supervising a team
- Strong cash handling background (comfortable with numbers and accountability)
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a level head
- Skilled in POS software and technology
- Natural problem-solver with leadership presence
