Job Summary
The Payroll Supervisor is responsible for overseeing employee payroll accounting, transactions, and reporting activities. The supervisor will ensure payroll is processed timely and accurately. Reviews timecards for accuracy and assist managers in correcting errors. Address payroll-related queries and requests from employees. Handle payroll problems and provide resolutions appropriately and timely. Develop best practices to improve efficiency of payroll processes. Responsible for timely and accurate filing of regulatory requirements, including, but not limited to, federal and state tax deposits, quarterly and annual reporting. Responsible for submitting all payments withheld from employees checks timely, including but not limited to wage garnishments, AR, retirement, and insurance. Will follow and enforce federal, state, and local laws and keep current on changes. Assists with other projects as needed. Occasional work beyond regular hours may be required. Must be able to work and relate in a professional, non-defensive manner with peers, administration, and visitors.

Requirements
- Must have a strong understanding of payroll systems and regulations
- Experience in managing payroll processing and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in payroll management
