Smoothie King Team Captain - Cypresswood/I-45

About the Role

The Smoothie King at Cypresswood and I-45 in Spring is seeking full-time and part-time Team Captains to work in a fun and energetic environment while helping others become more health-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest quality product and service to our Guests
• Lead by example and exemplify the Smoothie King standards of service and cleanliness at all times
• Ensure timely completion of the Daily Duty List throughout the shift
• Open, complete shift change, and close the location per Smoothie King’s standards
• Communicate effectively with Management, the Guests, and fellow Team Members
• Achieve goals set forth by the Manager and help ensure that other Team Members are also striving to reach the location’s goals
• Become knowledgeable on all of Smoothie King’s products, including retail
• Suggestively sell products to Guests

Requirements

• Some management experience, preferably in food service
• Ability to stand approximately 8 hours per day
• Ability to lift products of <55lbs in weight, stoop, and bend
• Tolerance to exposure to food allergens
• Up-to-date food handlers card
• Background check required upon employment
• Punctuality and availability to work various shifts per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary
