Smoker Laborer Third Shift

Responsibilities

• Prepare meat products for further processing using machinery and large industrial ovens.
• Work with heavy materials and large industrial ovens, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Support coworkers and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Ensure products reach families across America, making a real impact on our mission of delivering good food responsibly.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Willingness and ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Continuous/repetitive movement, including grasping, pinching hands, flexing, and extending arms.
• Stand on concrete and/or platforms for up to a 12-hour shift.
• Work in cold and warm areas, as well as in wet and humid environments.
• Work around animal blood and/or carcass parts, and wear appropriate PPE.
• May require certification to operate certain equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to read and understand procedure manuals, signs, and box labels.
• Proficiency in working with warehouse computer systems.
• Ability to complete written documents related to company procedures.
• Clear communication with co-workers and supervisors about day-to-day operations.

Pay

Hourly Competitive Starting Pay – $20.10/hour
$1.25/hour shift differential for 3rd shift positions
