SMH-M RN-Critical Care - Nights

About the role

We're looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead patient care in our Critical Care unit, working nights. You'll use the nursing process, delegate effectively, and manage a team. Your role involves leading the nursing team, assessing patient needs, and communicating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Effectively uses the nursing process in the delivery of patient care.
• Achieves quality patient outcomes by managing resources and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Communicates, delegates, and manages nursing team resources.
• Adapts behavior to specific patient populations, ensuring privacy and clear communication.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Possession of certification in clinical specialty area preferred.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Nights shift, typically working 12-hour shifts with weekends off.
