SMEG Small Appliance Training Expert

About the role

We're looking for a Part-Time Training Specialist to represent SMEG, the iconic Italian brand known for its beautiful kitchen appliances. This role involves visiting select specialty retailers to educate retail associates on SMEG products, deliver product updates, and ensure brand displays meet visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Visit select specialty retailers 1–2 times per month
• Deliver product training in both 1-on-1 and small group formats
• Ensure displays are functional, clean, and visually aligned with brand standards
• Travel within your assigned territory (up to 30 miles) for scheduled training visits
• Provide feedback and insights from the field to your supervisor

Requirements

Experience and Education: 1+ years of retail, sales, marketing, or training experience preferred

Skills And Attributes: Kitchen gadget enthusiast who values both performance and aesthetics, confident communicator with strong presentation and training skills, detail-oriented and proactive in a store environment, comfortable using basic tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance required

Physical Requirements: Regularly stand, walk, bend over, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, grasp, push or pull, talk and/or hear, continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation

Qualifications

Minimum Pay USD $20.00/Hr. Maximum Pay USD $22.00/Hr.
