SME Operations Research Analyst
Responsibilities
Leading and managing the team responsible for the development and on-time delivery of comprehensive readiness assessments, such as the Strategic Readiness Assessment (SRA) and Risk Mitigation Plan.
Coordinating Department-wide collaboration and research efforts.
Overseeing the analysis of readiness challenges and mitigation efforts.
Overseeing the overall production and quality of the SRA and ensure timely submission.
Maintaining expertise in readiness reporting and assessment policy guidance.
Responding to Congressional inquiries and develop briefing materials for senior leaders.
Providing strategic direction and ensure alignment with DoD priorities and strategic objectives.
Work Environment
Sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

About the Role
WWC Global, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Subject Matter Expert Operations Research Analyst to serve on a contract supporting the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Personnel and Readiness.
Requirements
- Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Current, active Secret Security Clearance.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in a relevant field strongly preferred.
- Current, active Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong executive-level writer with experience in writing issue papers.
- Direct experience supporting force readiness for the DoW or similar government entity.
