Responsibilities

• Manage daily activity of Personnel who perform Tier 1 Flight Ops (“Tier 1 FlightOps team”) within a single team to meet Wipro Customer’s operating requirements
• Ensure performance of all Tier 1 FlightOps activities in accordance with this SOW
• Provide quality and safety assurance of Tier 1 FlightOps team activities at Wipro Customer’s facilities within a sector
• Identify and report Tier 1 FlightOps team performance deficiencies to Contractor management
• Identify nest equipment deficiencies to Contractor management
• Identify and report crew equipment deficiencies to Contractor management
• Provide Tier 1 FlightOps team availability and performance information to Contractor management

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $37,500 to $83,600 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
