Responsibilities

Manage daily activity of Personnel who perform Tier 1 Flight Ops (“Tier 1 FlightOps team”) within a single team to meet Wipro Customer’s operating requirements.

Ensure performance of all Tier 1 FlightOps activities in accordance with this SOW.

Provide quality and safety assurance of Tier 1 FlightOps team activities at Wipro Customer’s facilities within a sector.

Identify and report Tier 1 FlightOps team performance deficiencies to Contractor management.

Identify nest equipment deficiencies to Contractor management.

Identify and report crew equipment deficiencies to Contractor management.

Provide Tier 1 FlightOps team availability and performance information to Contractor management.

Qualifications

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $37,500 to $83,600. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.

Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
