About the role
The SME All Source Analyst - Cyber position supports a federal government client.
Responsibilities
- Authors USSPACECOM J2 all-source finished intelligence products, in accordance with ICD 203, 206 Analytic Tradecraft Standards, and the DIA Style Manual for Intelligence Production per the deliverable’s guidelines.
- Provides daily written, verbal, and visually represented all-source analytic support to the USSPACECOM Commander and customers across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE).
- Provides finished, all-source intelligence products to senior-level military, and civilian personnel, to assess, analyze, develop, coordinate, and publish USSPACECOM Intelligence products on the infrastructure, systems, components, employment, and vulnerabilities of all foreign space and counterspace systems.
- Identifies emerging threats and provides opportunities to counter adversaries within USSPACECOM's area of responsibility (AOR) for the Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE).
- Identifies, collects, fuses, and analyzes raw reporting across multiple-domain and multiple intelligence disciplines within the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) to provide indications and warning (I&W), help define USSPACECOM targeting priorities, and to protect and defend the U.S., allied, and partner nation military and commercial space capabilities.
- Supports planning, developing, collecting, recommending, and maintaining Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) to support the Commander's decision-making process, the execution of the Commander's Critical Information Requirements (CCIRs), and refinement of the USSPACECOM counterspace warning process.
- Adheres to the DIA Style Manual for Intelligence Production across all USSPACECOM finished, all-source, intelligence products and requirements.
Requirements
- 20 years of experience relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Qualifications
Desired Education: Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
