SME All-Source Analyst

About the role

Support the ACC A2 Staff at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Hampton, VA. This is a mission-focused position supporting Air Force intelligence training.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for all-source intelligence including DCGS, AOC Intelligence, targeting, analysis, cyber, space, and other ACC intelligence activities.
• Support ACC organizations with dedicated fusion and tradecraft analysis.
• Provide expertise in drafting guidance, developing analytic processes, evaluating/socializing analytic tools, evaluating, and directing analytic standards.
• Evaluate and research analytic outreach and professional opportunities.
• Draft and review applicable guidance to ensure currency and address gaps.
• Track enabling concept implementation and capture lessons learned and best practices at each unit/site.
• Optimize time/content-dominant fusion analysis and strengthen doctrinal roles within the Intelligence Community (IC).
• Identify available analytic tools for potential implementation and maintain a list of baseline and other analytical tools for AF mission-specific system integration and employment.
• Maintain all analytic programs in accordance with ICD 203 analytic standards.

Requirements

• Possess a current Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• At least 15 years of experience conducting analysis, with at least 2 years within the last 2 years, relevant to the specific labor category.
• Master’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience (5 additional years of related expert experience as a substitute for a master’s degree).
• Demonstrated ability to define problems, supervise studies, and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
• Analytic leadership and expertise in identifying, planning, developing, and executing analytic production methodologies, tradecraft, and techniques aligned with labor category mission.
• Strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to Defense planners and senior leaders (Senior officers and Government Civilians).
