Responsibilities
- Providing technical expertise on various aspects of and issues related to IT &DS capabilities, including enterprise architecture, infrastructure, data management, business operations, and artificial intelligence
- Provide oversight and advisory support to development efforts as required by the Sponsor
- Providing technical expertise in developing options and recommendations on technical solutions, including feasibility, viability, costs, etc. for the Sponsor's consideration
- Assisting in the Sponsor's determination of the appropriate software development methodology (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, multi-domain, etc.) and SecDevOps approach for all projects
- Assisting in the establishment and collection of metrics (e.g., delivered value over time) across all projects
- Ensuring projects are aware of the standards and governance they need to comply with and advising them on how to comply
- Assisting with scheduling, organizing logistical support, and hosting project-related meetings, including in-person and remote/virtual vehicles based on technical viability
- Validating IT &DS capabilities meet mission needs through requirements analysis and testing
- Working diligently and with minimal guidance with Sponsor projects' stakeholders to gather, analyze, assess, and communicate necessary technical information relevant to project success
- Soliciting and incorporating direction and clarifying guidance from the Sponsor and implementing necessary changes to content, process, or approach

Pay
The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is $128,000 to $270,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
