SMD TW Test Pack Operator
- .
Skills: Not explicitly listed; maybe not needed.
Qualifications: Could be same as Requirements. But we should not duplicate. We can combine Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can include both Requirements and Qualifications if there is distinct content. Here we have only basic qualifications; we could put them under Requirements. Qualifications maybe not needed.
About the role: Could include a brief summary of the role: maybe the job summary? But we already have Responsibilities. Could use About the role for a brief overview: "TW Test Pack Operator 1st Shift" etc. However we might avoid duplication. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could have About the role (short description), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (qualifications), Benefits. That's four sections.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting: company description? That's substantive but not under allowed headings. Could we put it under About the role? The About the role heading could contain description of the role and maybe company? But the instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". So we can't have heading with job title. But we can include company description in a paragraph under About the role? Might be okay.
But we must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove those.
We need to preserve all substantive information: company description, location details, employee count, etc. Those are substantive. Where to put them? Could be under About the role as a paragraph describing the company and location. Or we could create a separate section like "About the company" but not allowed heading. So we must fit into allowed headings. Perhaps we can put company description in About the role (makes sense: about the role at Vishay). Or we could put it in a
before any heading? The instruction: Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /. It didn't forbid having a leading paragraph before headings. It says use
for section headings,
- for any list,
for prose. So we can have prose paragraphs outside headings. So we can put a
with company description and location details before headings. That would preserve info. Thus structure:

Then maybeAbout the role
with a short description: "TW Test Pack Operator 1st Shift (Monday – Thursday) from 4:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Overtime is available as needed." Could be prose. Then Responsibilities: list of duties. Then Requirements: "High School diploma or equivalent. One month to three months experience." Then Benefits: list. We should not include Pay or Schedule as separate headings because schedule is mentioned in About the role? Actually schedule is specific; we could include schedule in About the role paragraph. Or we could make a Schedule section. The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Schedule is real specific content: shift Monday-Thursday 4:30am-3:00pm, overtime available. So we could have a Schedule section. But we already put schedule in About the role; better to have a Schedule section to keep info clear. However we must not repeat content. We could put schedule in its own section and not duplicate. Thus we could have:Schedule
Monday – Thursday, 4:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Overtime is available as needed.
Then About the role could be a brief description of the role: "TW Test Pack Operator responsible for packing surface mount resistors into reels or bulk packages." But we already have Responsibilities. Maybe About the role can be a short summary: "The TW Test Pack Operator operates packing machines to package resistors according to production specifications." That's okay. We need to ensure we don't lose any substantive info: The job summary details about packing machine steps etc are in Responsibilities. The location details and company description we placed in opening paragraph. The benefits we listed. The requirements we listed. The schedule we listed. We should also include the note about U.S. Person requirement? That's a requirement (citizenship). It's substantive. Should we include under Requirements? Yes, we can add that as a requirement: "This position requires access to information subject to ITAR/EAR; only U.S. Persons (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) may apply." That's important. Also the EEO boilerplate we should remove. So we exclude that. Also the repeated lines about benefits etc we should include only once. Now craft HTML. We need to ensure we usefor headings,
- for lists,
for prose. We'll have:
