SMB Sales Manager, Uber for Business
About the Role
We are actively recruiting a proven sales leader to build a new pod of SMB sellers based in our Dallas Hub. You will develop a team of sellers for Uber for Business adoption in one of the business’s fastest-growing segments. The ideal candidate has experience focused on leadership in the B2B space and is empathetic, data-driven, and a self-starter with experience in both mature and start-up environments. What You'll Do
- Recruit, train, and develop 11-12 Account Executives
- Establish a customer-obsessed organization and operationalize strategy to achieve critical metrics
- Supervise daily operations to maximize sales and meet, exceed revenue targets
- Implement performance management plans to hold sellers to a high level of accountability
- Manage and report accurate weekly forecasts and pipelines, achieve quarterly sales goals, and mentor Account Executives on strategies to reach their goals
- Establish an effective partnership with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years working in a sales leadership role
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as stakeholder management, sales systems design, process-driven decision making and data analysis experience
- Desire to take initiative; thrive on change, articulate vision and comfortable with ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales leadership experience, including building, training, and developing sales professionals
- Experience with Salesforce; ability to develop analysis based on CRM data in a scalable manner
- Experience with sales enablement tools such as ZoomInfo, Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Tableau, Google Suite
Pay
The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $170,000 - USD $188,571. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $119,000 per year - USD $132,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of USD $51,000 - USD $56,571.
Schedule
This is a hybrid role based in our office spaces, with in-person collaboration on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We encourage our employees to work from our office on additional days if they desire to do so.
