Job Overview Marketech International Corporation USA (MICU) is seeking a Smartsheet Developer to design, build, and maintain Smartsheet solutions that improve business processes, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Smartsheet solutions and integrations. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain Smartsheet sheets, dashboards, reports, forms, and workflowsDevelop automations, approvals, alerts, and process improvementsIntegrate Smartsheet with tools such as Jira, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and Microsoft 365Develop API-based solutions using Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languagesGather business requirements and translate them into functional solutionsManage permissions, workspaces, and platform governanceTroubleshoot formulas, automations, integrations, and performance issuesCreate documentation and support end-user trainingSupport Smartsheet Control Center, Dynamic View, and Bridge where applicable Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.3–6 years of hands-on Smartsheet development or administration experienceStrong knowledge of Smartsheet sheets, reports, dashboards, forms, workspaces, and automationsExperience with Smartsheet API and scriptingExperience integrating Smartsheet with third-party applicationsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skillsUnderstanding of project management and business process automation Preferred Qualifications Experience with Smartsheet Control Center, Dynamic View, or BridgeSmartsheet certificationFamiliarity with SQL and relational databasesExperience with PMO, business analysis, or systems administration Equal Employment Opportunity All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, religious creed, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, military and veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, gender, gender expression, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable local, state, or federal law.
