What You'll Do

• Complete structured 1-hour visits per store according to program cadence
• Conduct audits and document merchandising, inventory, and competitive insights
• Deliver impactful kickoff and biweekly reinforcement training sessions
• Educate associates on eufy Smart Lock features, benefits, installation basics, and competitive advantages
• Build strong partnerships with department supervisors and store leadership
• Increase brand awareness and recommendation rates through consistent education
• Verify on-hand inventory and partner with associates to ensure proper stocking and display
• Achieve program KPI’s and reporting expectations
• Utilize your personal smartphone to complete required reporting before leaving each store
• Provide timely field feedback and insights to Channel Partners and client stakeholders

What You'll Bring

• Experience and Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail, field training, field marketing, or sales
• Background in hardware, home improvement, smart home technology, or security products preferred
• Experience presenting or training small groups preferred
• Skills And Attributes: Strong presentation and facilitation skills, confident communicator comfortable engaging both associates and leadership, self-starter with strong time management skills, organized and detail-oriented, professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to translate technical product features into simple, compelling selling points, Access to a personal iPhone or Android smartphone for on-site reporting
• Physical Requirements: Regularly stand, walk, bend over, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, grasp, push or pull, talk and/or hear, Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
