Small Engine Technician

About the Role

The Small Engine Technician diagnoses and repairs outdoor small engine products such as chainsaws, lawnmowers, snowblowers, UTVs, and ATVs, providing exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair small engine and outdoor power equipment.
• Assist customers with loading, unloading, locating parts, and answering repair questions.
• Document repairs, track units, and complete work orders.
• Support warranty claims and communicate with customers about repair status.
• Participate in training sessions for skill development.
• Adhere to safety and loss prevention policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in small engine or automotive maintenance.
• Customer service and retail experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and every other weekend.
