About the role
Diagnose and repair outdoor small-engine products such as chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, UTVs, and ATVs.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair equipment
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist with loading and unloading
- Locate parts
- Document repairs
- Manage work orders
- Support warranty claims
- Attend training sessions
- Adhere to safety and loss-prevention policies
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Experience in small-engine or automotive maintenance
- Customer-service and retail experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptability to work evenings and weekends
