Small Engine Technician

About the role

Diagnose and repair outdoor small-engine equipment such as chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, UTVs, and ATVs while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, assemble, and repair small-engine and outdoor-power equipment
• Assist customers with product loading, parts locating, and repair inquiries
• Document repairs, track units, and manage work orders and warranty claims
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on repair techniques
• Follow safety and loss-prevention policies

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Prior experience in small-engine or automotive maintenance
• Customer-service and retail experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
