About the role

This is a public notice flyer for anticipated permanent vacancies in Wilmington, North Carolina. This is a Transportation and Distribution Management Career Program position aligned under the Logistics Career Management Directorate.

Requirements

• Direct Hiring Authority for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce applies.
• Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration.
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship required.
• One-year probationary period during which the agency evaluates fitness and whether continued employment advances the public interest.
• Continued employment requires written certification that it advances the public interest.
• Direct Deposit of Pay required.
• Selection subject to restrictions from Department of Defense referral system for displaced employees.
• Reemployed annuitants: see the Reemployed Annuitant information sheet.
• Payment of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs not authorized.

Pay

Salary includes applicable locality pay or Local Market Supplement. Direct Deposit of Pay is required.
