Small Business Accountant (Pureflow Affiliate Company) (on-site)

About the role

This role supports a diversified small business operation that includes land management, building oversight, facility maintenance, and an automotive restoration shop. The organization values structure, craftsmanship, and teamwork within a clean, well-organized, and serene country setting.

Responsibilities

• Supports the financial operations of the business, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
• Ensures compliance with US GAAP and other relevant financial regulations.
• Manages the general ledger and performs reconciliations as needed.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
• Prepares financial statements and conducts financial analyses as required.
• Communicates financial information effectively to stakeholders, including management and board members.
• Supports the maintenance and accuracy of the company's accounting software (QuickBooks).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and small business accounting.
• Comfortable working in and around a shop or light industrial environment.
• Experience supporting maintenance, mechanical, or fabrication operations.
• Stable employment history and professional reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
