About the role

Work 1:1 with patients in the home providing hands-on care. Paid per point/per visit after training. Full-time day shift with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid training, and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive communication, and swallowing disorders in adults.
• Provide aural rehabilitation for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing.
• Provide augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems for individuals with severe expressive and/or language comprehension disorders.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered license to practice speech pathology specific to the state you are assigned to work.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) with completed graduate coursework and a clinical practicum at a college or university accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (CAA).
• Current CPR certification.
• One (1+) year of experience in speech pathology (preferred).

*If the SLP-CCC certification has not been obtained, the candidate must enter the SLP Clinical Fellow (CFY) role, which involves supervision, hour requirements, and mentoring.

Pay

Attractive pay range of $109,153.20 to $122,797.35, varying by location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
