Schedule

Part‑time, 15 to 20 hours per week, flexible schedule. Day shift, Monday – Friday. PRN (as needed) schedule also available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat individuals experiencing speech, language, fluency, voice, or swallowing challenges
• Conduct assessments to determine communication and swallowing impairments
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans
• Lead individual or group treatment sessions focused on speech, language, or swallowing
• Educate patients and families on strategies for improved communication
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately
• Coordinate administrative needs, including scheduling, billing, and care planning

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Speech Therapy program
• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Ohio
• 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen
