Speech Therapist (ST), Early Intervention & Pediatrics

About the role
- Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
- Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
- Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
- Use electronic documentation for each visit
- Complete weekly scheduled visits
Responsibilities
- Active Speech Therapist license in good standing
- Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
- Passion for family-centered, community-based care
Requirements
- Passionate about making a difference
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with children and families

Pay
Up to $80 per visit based on experience
Schedule
- Part-Time (25+ visits/week)
- Per Diem (5 visits/week)
