About the role
Evaluate and treat adult (or pediatric) patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in the home setting.
Responsibilities
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Instruct caregivers
- Complete OASIS documentation
- Improve functional safety and independence
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Licenses/certifications: ASHA certification, state licensure, CPR certification
- Experience: 1+ years of clinical experience preferred

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
