Slot Technician

Essential Functions

• Perform routine maintenance on slot machines
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic problems with slot machines
• Replace faulty parts and components as needed
• Test machines to ensure they are functioning properly
• Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
• Communicate with other members of the casino staff to ensure that all machines are functioning properly
• Provide excellent customer service to casino patrons
• Handle routine guest complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel - seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships

Working Environment & Physical Efforts

• The hospitality industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation.
• This position will primarily be indoor under controlled temperatures.
• Occasional exposure to outdoor climates
• Occasional: standing, walking, kneeling, reaching, pulling, pushing, and lifting up to 25 pounds
• Frequent: sitting, with repetitive movement of arms, hands, and fingers.
• Speech and Vision abilities are required.
