SLOT TECH SHIFT MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to internal and external guests.
• Oversight of the day-to-day Technical operations during a daily shift.
• Support the Slot Tech Manager in planning, managing, and executing a training curriculum within the casino.
• Communicate changes, resolve issues, and ensure the satisfaction of all stakeholders in support of the Slot Tech Manager.
• Maintain efficient processes, implement best practices, and support the overall maintenance and performance of casino gaming equipment.
• Collaborate with various departments and stay updated on technological advancements.

Essential Functions

• Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting the organization's values.
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Aid the Slot Tech Manager in planning, executing, and overseeing department initiatives during assigned shifts.
• Communicate changes, issues, and status updates to relevant parties and ensure timely and efficient information distribution.
• Foster a culture of satisfaction, recognition, and engagement by upholding departmental core values.
• Implement best practices and standardized improvements to enhance operational efficiency across all related areas.
• Support the maintenance and performance of casino gaming equipment in collaboration with the Slot Tech Manager.
• Regularly communicate with team members, management, and other departments to relay important information, identify issues of concern, and work towards solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations, including Gaming Commission Regulations, Slot Technical Procedures, and stay informed on technological advancements.
• Facilitate training for Slot Technical department Team Members and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Oversee machine moves, installations/removals, conversions, and repairs in compliance with jurisdictional regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all machines, including par sheets, compliance documentation, and machine-related activities.
• Support the Slot Tech Manager in human resources responsibilities, including creating a positive work environment, hiring, training, and compliance with policies.
• Act as a liaison between vendor technicians and property departments when the vendors are on premises.
• Manage inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels to support property needs.
• Promote and uphold the highest standards of guest service for both internal and external guests.
