Job Tasks
- Adhere to established department and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
- Maintain the strictest confidence of any and all confidential information disclosed by a Cactus Pete’s entity.
- Role model appropriate internal and external guest service at all times.
- Safeguard assets of the company.
- Verify jackpots, fill hoppers, ticket, complete and sign slot payout forms.
- Verify and reconcile banks at shift change.
- Attend to minor machine tilts/repairs.
- Ensure compliance with Federal Currency Transaction reporting regulations.
- Oversee the refilling of slot fill banks.
- Exchange bills for bill acceptors.
- Finish job tasks in a timely manner according to department standards.
Qualifications
Excellent guest service skills. Ability to count money and make change. Basic math skills. High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Requirements
Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate. Must be 21 years of age.
