ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Responsible for all related gaming machine and guest service related issues.
- Affixes hiring, training, and disciplinary actions of Slot Department personnel.
- Supervises the Slot Operation of the Casino floor, gaming machines, customer service, and assigned Slot Department personnel.
- Maintains a working knowledge of the property, as well as, current and upcoming special events.
- Stays informed of current industry trends.
- Performs the duties of a Slot Attendant as required.
- Complies with all applicable Tribal Regulations, internal controls and policies and procedures.

- Qualification Requirements:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

- EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); One to two years strong customer service experience and six months or more previous Slot experience.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to utilize MS Office applications.
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills necessary to deliver superior casino resort service to a diverse customer base.
- Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to serve both internal and external customers.
- Ability to maintain high confidentiality.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Must be able to balance, control, and report significant amounts of cash accountability on assigned shift.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
- To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 miles, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/work station for the duration of the shift.
- Must be able to work in a smoke filled environment.
- Typically the individual will be housed in an office environment.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when located in the casino environment.
- Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
